L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo le travi a vista.
Il B&B BORGATO è composto da una camera con due posti letto,  una sala TV con divano letto a due posti, un bagno con doccia, una cucina attrezzata ed un balcone che si affaccia su un giardino privato con giochi per bambini e una stupenda vista su Piazza, il borgo medievale sulla collina.
La cantina può essere  utilizzata come ricovero attrezzatura sportiva (sci, biciclette, etc.)
L'appartamento è per non fumatori.

The flat has one bedroom that sleeps 2 (plus a cot if required). A sitting room with a tv and bed-sitter that sleeps 2. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom  with a shower and a balcony overlooking the garden.
The basement may be used as a deposit for skiing equipment or bicycles.
No smoking in the flat.
The flat, that sleeps 2 to 4 people, is near great restaurants, bars, shops, and is only  a short walk to the cable-cart that takes you to the historical town centre.
The B&B is within easy reach of Cuneo and many skiing resorts. The Boetti family live in the flat above the B&B, speak english and is willing to give information regarding  activities such as sight-seeing, local markets and mountain walks.
